The results of a survey of 209 patients with Diabetes mellitus type 2 (DM 2) and 94 patients with X-syndrome were analyzed. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is verified in 91.9% of cases with DM 2 and 83.0% with X-syndrome.
